ABOUT HARVEST PRAISE MINISTRY
Harvest Praise Ministry (HPM) is a ministry branch of World Harvest. The music of Harvest Praise Ministry (HPM) is changing the hearts of listeners around the world, bringing them into the presence of GOD, and then sending them from their places of worship into their communities and nations, spreading the fragrance of worship into every aspect of society.
Speaking prophetically to cities and nations, Harvest Praise Ministry was launched with its first concert, "Beloved City", before the widespread unrest in Indonesia's cities amid the Asian monetary crisis in 1998. God called us to inspire people to be passionate for the well being of the cities and nations in which they live. Harvest Praise Ministry's "City" and "Nations" series have been marked through a series of concerts and albums that have blessed cities throughout Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Australia, the Netherlands, Germany and the United States.
Since 1989, HPM has produced 19 albums, some of which have become Christian Music best-sellers. HPM has also been involved in producing various albums by various Christian artists and groups.
In addition to the albums, HPM has conducted numerous charity concerts around the world. Besides worship and music, HPM has brought a message of hope to thousands of charity concerts attendees. HPM's latest charity concert was conducted in the historic Ford Amphitheatre (Los Angeles, California, U.S.A), in addition to performances in 8 other cities in the US. These benefit concerts were conducted to help raise funds for survivors of the Aceh Tsunami, the Nias Earthquake, and the Katrina Hurricane.
HPM is also committed to building leaders in the worship arena: worship leaders, singers, and musicians etc. HPM has held seminars with some leading worship leaders and/or musicians, such as: La Mar Boschman, David Beroni, and others. Nationwide and local seminars have been held in Indonesia, U.S.A., Singapore, Taiwan, Malaysia and Australia.

HPM 2006 Tour Update
2006 Opened with a HPM tour to seven cities in Java and Sumatra. In March HPM performed in the Javanese cities of Cirebon, Semarang, Temanggung, and Purwokerto. In May HPM toured the Sumatran cities of Duri, Padang and Pekanbaru. During these tours, the band performed songs chosen from their album, "United to Bless the Nations." More than 4000 people attended these concerts. The largest audience was at the concert held in Semarang, around 1500 people.
After recording the live album "Dominion Mandate" during Harvest Festival 2006 in Jakarta, HPM toured Papua in September. They held concerts in Timika, Jayapura and Tembagapura. HPM ended 2006 with the December release of a greatest hits album, the "Best of HPM."
