Dr. Oentoro is the Founder and Chairman of World Harvest. He is also the Dean of Harvest International Theological Seminary (HITS), which provides theological education from undergraduate through to post graduate degree programs. In addition he serves as the CEO of the U-Chanel (the first Christian television media, in Indonesia); Director of Focus on the Family Indonesia (Fokus Pada Keluarga); Chairman of Somebody Cares Indonesia, and much more. As an international speaker, Dr. Oentoro has traveled throughout all the continents of the world. He is a tremendous encourager and motivational speaker. 
Daniel Hanafi is the Co-Founder and Vice Chairman of World Harvest. In addition he is the Founder of World Harvest, USA and functions as the Director of World Harvest, USA. As Vice-Chairman he plays an Executive and Advisorial role pertaining to all World Harvest Projects and programs under the Community, Education, and Media Portfolios. Daniel Hanafi is also successful business man and church planter. Daniel Hanafi says his favorite hobby is to “Dream God’s dream for people, and help them fulfill it.”
